    Endoscopy procedure disposables include single-use valves and irrigation tubing. Medical device reprocessing systems, disinfectants, detergents and other supplies are used to disinfect high-level endoscopes. This segment is operated through MEDIVATORS.


    Life Sciences 

    Water purification systems for dialysis facilities, including hemodialysis dialyzer and reprocessing systems, as well as sterilants and filtration products. This segment is operated through Mar Cor Purification, Inc. and MEDIVATORS.



    Single-use, infection prevention products used primarily in the dental market including face masks, sterilization pouches, towels and bibs, tray covers, saliva ejectors, germicidal wipes, plastic cups and disinfectants. This segment is operated through Crosstex International, Inc.

    Job Overview

    Based in Cantel’s Pomezia, Italy office, the Vice President, Human Resources will serve as a strategic consultant to executive level internal client(s) and functional leadership team(s) on all human resources matters, translating business plans into talent and organizational plans. The incumbent is a strategic partner, developing and/or executing HR strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Key areas of accountability include organizational design and development, succession planning, change management, performance management, and training and development consulting in pursuit of a best in class workforce and working environment. This key business partner enables superior performance by building organizational capability and performance.


    • Minimum of 12 years human resources or related experience gained through positions of increasing responsibility; minimum of 8 years in Senior HR Business Partner or similar role
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred
    • HRBP experience with senior level clients working in a global organization is required
    • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global organization, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to drive best practice programs and processes
    • SPHR certification a plus

    • Key skills and abilities include conflict management and negotiation, coaching, facilitation, presentation, process development, analysis and problem solving
    • Project and process management skills, demonstrated track record of delivering results
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office products and HR systems
    • Has a track record of demonstrating: strategic thinking and business acumen, change and learning agility, balance and collaboration, people development, authentic leadership


    Working Conditions

    Work is typically completed in an office setting. Required to use a personal computer or laptop frequently. Travel required approximately 30% of the time.
